Rapi-Kool Food Cooler
The Rapi-Kool quickly cools liquids such as soup, chili, and stew from 140° to 40°F (60°C to 4.4°C) in 4 to 6 hours as required by the FDA. Without the Rapi-Kool the same food could take from 24 to36 hours to cool, allowing bacteria to multiply. Simply fill the Cooler with tap water, freeze, and place into food to be cooled.
