Getting parts to fix your broken appliance can be critical. Therefore, we offer express as well as standard shipping options to addresses within the United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Just select the shipping method when you finish your order. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If parts are not available within this time frame we will contact you by e-mail.

4) How do I find the parts I need?
When ordering you can follow the menu on your left to look for specific items. Just click on the directories and they will open to subdirectories till you find what you need. You can also press the search link on top and search for a specific item. If you cant find what you need you can go to our

What is the return policy
We accept returns for 30 days after the order was placed. You must e-mail us at
returns@fixitshop.com to request an RMA . You will have to pay for all shipping unless we sent you an item in error. In that case we will send UPS to pick up the item where available. There is a minimal 15% restocking fee to cover labor and expenses and charges imposed by our suppliers on items that have to be returned to them. Defective items are replaced unless the damage was a result of misuse by the customer. All parts must be installed by qualified licensed technicians or the warranty is void.
